2012 Greeting Cards Preview

After months of planning, illustrating, choosing the right board for the designs and adding the finishing touches , i am so pleased to announce that we’ve now completed 24 fabulous ‘everyday’ greeting cards, which are due to launch from January 2012.

I’m currently busy designing the Rosanna Rossi 2012 catalogue, which will be ready from January. If you are a buyer who is interested to view our new ranges please get in touch.

I’m really looking forward to seeing your new illustrations, Anna. If the current catalogue is
any indication of what’s to come, then the new catalogue will be even more brilliant. Have
you thought about expanding your selling base outside of the UK…to Ireland, perhaps (hopefully)?
I can think of so many newsagents and book sellers who also sell stationery and paper/party goods
that would absolutely love to stock these beautiful cards in their shops. Especially in Dublin and Galway,
for starters. These are just so beautiful, so happy and bright and cheerful, that I know they’d sell
very well here…or anywhere, for that matter (but as I’m in Ireland, that seems a good place to extend
    an invitation to).

Wishing you and your mum and famly a very happy, warm, lovely Christmas and a very
bright and even more successful new year. Nollaig Shona Dhuit!

That’s brilliant news, Anna. I’m delighted that you’ve got someone who can show your beautiful
creations to Irish shoppers and card afficionados. Definitely try for Eason’s book shops. They’re
sort of like your WH Smiths. They have many branches all over Ireland, but their main one (four floors!)
is in Dublin’s city centre, and whenever we go to Dublin on a mini break, we always stop in to Eason’s –
their greeting card section is excellent, but it would be even better if your cards were included
on their card racks and displays. I would love it if you could also get your cards into a lovely
little card and stationery shop in Sligo town, called Tir Na ‘Og. All the very best to you and this
wonderful homegrown and successful business you and your mum have created and nurutered
and have seen bloomed into beautiful fruition. Oh! And please add some more confectionary
designs to your already delicious series, if you’re looking for more ideas – cookies/bikkies, cakes,
tea kettles/tea cups, coffee pots/coffee cups, cafe scenes, pies, scones, muffins…I love them all!

Hey! That gives me an idea – you could come to Ireland … on research, of course. But yes, do check out Eason’s as well as Tir na N’og in Sligo. Oh, and if you check out the wonderful blog by Tina, called Silver Footprints (that’s actually where I first found out about your beautiful cards), she has an absolutely wonderful gift and craft shop in Wales (Montgomery, I think), called Indigo Moon. Check out her blog or e-mail her – her shop is absolutely fantastic (if I ever get back to the UK for a visit, I’m definitely making Indigo Moon a priority destination). There are just so many shops that would absolutely love your cards, Anna.
